Eligibility This giveaway is open to all individuals from all over the world ages 21 and over. Entrants must be current wholesale customers of Tom Davies, Catch London, or MD1888.Entrants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Maverick’s Helicopters. The maximum weight limit per person is 300 lbs or 130kg.

Entry No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. Entries must be submitted via the google form listed on the Tom Davies webpage. Each entrant may submit only one form. Tom Davies is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries.

Winner Selection Winners will be notified via email within the first two weeks of September. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize The prize, to occur on the 29th of September 2023, consists of transportation from hotel to the Helicopter site, an approximately 120 minute excursion, a glass of champagne, light snacks, a complimentary pair of the frames Tom designs at the base of the grand canyon, and transportation from the Helicopter site back to hotel. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners are solely responsible for any additional expenses not specifically mentioned in the prize description Tom Davies will not sponsor any transportation to or from Las Vegas.

Publicity By accepting the prize, the winner grants Tom Davies the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Release and Liability: Assumption of Risk: Participants understand and acknowledge that participating in a helicopter excursion involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risks associated with flying, air travel, weather conditions, mechanical failures, and other unforeseen events. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the helicopter excursion giveaway, participants, on their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, hereby waive, release, and discharge Tom Davies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "Released Parties"), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with the helicopter excursion or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions or any other act or omission by the participant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the helicopter excursion giveaway, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Participants acknowledge that Tom Davies may engage third-party providers for the helicopter excursion and that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of such third-party providers.

General These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and Tom Davies regarding the giveaway.

Info Maverick Helicopters maintains the top safety record of any tourism-based aviation company in the world. Maverick Helicopters exclusively flies EC130 & H130 ECO-Star helicopters. Guests must bring valid photo identification. Cameras are highly recommended, as well as sunglasses and sunscreen. Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Total passenger weight on the helicopter may not exceed 1,170 lbs. Guests with inaccurately stated body weights may be cancelled with no refund. Smoking is prohibited onboard the aircraft, on the ramp and at any of Maverick's landing sites. A pickup time and location will be provided to you if you are selected as a winner. Guests will be transported to our private terminal by luxury limo coaches. The temperature is much warmer during the summertime, so we recommend coming prepared. This includes bringing the necessities such as water, sunblock, hats, hair ties, and sunglasses. Cooling towels will be distributed at the bottom of the Grand Canyon upon landing.

By participating in the helicopter excursion giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. Participants further acknowledge that this disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
