About our Vision Clinic
One Hour Eye Examination
Perhaps the most important thing we offer is time with our optometrists to effectively identify and diagnose problems and design solutions. Unlike most practices, we provide an in-depth one hour eye examination in our Vision Clinics. We have identified that this is the optimal time required to screen the health of your eyes and pick up issues that could go undetected in a shorter eye examination.
SCREENING FOR UNDETECTED ISSUES
Whilst most practices screen for issues including double vision, floaters, chronic dry eyes, contrast differences and flashes the Tom Davies Vision Clinics identify common issues that often go undetected. We use our advanced clinical equipment to investigate digital eye strain, symptoms caused by blue light over exposure (usually from too much screen time) and night vision, which can effect as many as 40% of our patients.
HOSPITAL GRADE EQUIPMENT
The equipment that we use is so high-tech that hospitals refer their patients to us for screenings. We will not only identify the vision correction needed, we also screen for diseases such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and glaucoma. This clinical eye examination will look after your eye health and overall wellbeing.
